Showcases

The TravelTalks Showcases are B2B events designed to bridge the gap between global travel suppliers and the localised travel trade. 

The primary goal of these showcases is to provide a face-to-face platform where suppliers such as tourism boards, airlines, cruise lines, and hotels can educate, engage, and influence travel agents and tour operators.

TravelTalks showcases are predominantly destination-specific, focusing on individual regions or product areas (e.g. “TravelTalks X Far East Asia” or “Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands”). This ensures a highly targeted audience of travel agents with a genuine interest in the featured destinations.

The Roadshows and Showcases began as UK-only events and, due to their popularity, we launched our very first Northern Europe Showcase in 2025. 2026 will see us expand our footprint further into more Northern European locations.

Alongside these, TravelTalks also delivers a small number of non-destination-specific events, such as the Christmas Quiz and the Luxury Showcase, which are built around themes rather than regions.

Unlike large, impersonal trade shows, TravelTalks uses a more intimate showcase and roadshow format. Each event places strong emphasis on relationship-building, networking over complementary food and drink, followed by structured speed-training sessions. This format allows suppliers to deliver concise, impactful training while maximising meaningful interaction with attending agents.
